SCWC make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on the website is correct. However, if an error in pricing is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable).
SCWC reserves the right to alter all event pricing without notice.
When you have selected the event you wish to order, click on the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process.
Once you have clicked on the “Checkout” button, you have made a binding offer for the sale of tickets. Your offer at this stage is still subject to our acceptance. In order that we may accept your offer, we obtain an authorisation from your Payment provider for the amount detailed on the order summary page. If your payment should not give an authorisation, your order will not be processed further.
Upon receipt of authorisation your offer is deemed to have been accepted and a contract exists between the purchaser and SCWC. An email will be sent to you confirming your order has been received and evidence of the event contract.
All tickets will be delivered by email to the address you provided when at checkout. You will need to bring a printed or electronic copy of your ticket with you to the event.
